Mark Bevington

Mark Bevington is the founder and Managing Principal of ADE Tax. He spent 9 years as a partner at EY before moving to Baker McKenzie as a principal in order to develop their UK advisory presence.

He decided to form ADE Tax in response to a growing sense that what clients need most of all is trusted advisors who devote their own thought and expertise to client issues.

ADE Tax’s was therefore established as a place where the best advisors could thrive. Mark is a chartered accountant and his personal specialisms are transfer pricing, policy, international tax planning and litigation.

Mark has advised on some of the most complex problems and disputes and has represented clients extensively in litigation matters.

Martin Walker

Martin Walker joined ADE Tax in January 2021. Formerly head of operational and securities tax at Deloitte London, Martin’s deep technical expertise comes from his training at Slaughter & May and his time as a tax associate at Freshfields.

He specialises in many aspects of financial services taxation, capital markets transactions and stamp duty and often addresses questions requiring input from his global network of fellow specialists.

Martin is a member of the tax consultation board of Practical Law and is a co-editor of various publications.
